PhD (Biomedical Engineering) from Lund University. My PhD thesis involved development of high-throughput mass spectrometry method to screen solid-phase extraction materials.
During my PhD developed MALDIViz, a comprehensive informatics tool for handling dataset from the screening studies. This application can be used to do quality checks, visualizations and analysis of mass spectrometry data.
